Kids MMA Starts Tomorrow

Kids MMA starts tomorrow arv Tues 3:30-4:20 - 6 - 9 year olds (some 5 yo may be ok, c how they go). Soon to have 10-14 yo class at 4:30-5:25. 

Also Tues:
Adult MMA - 6:30
Adults Jiu Jitsu - 7:30

Bring a water bottle and sweat towel
